We are not manufacturers of all listed products and do not guarantee manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders
Cancel suspicious or bulk orders
Cancel orders with incorrect pricing

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

SECTION 4 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected locations.

For COD orders:

We reserve the right to confirm orders via phone or SMS.
Fake or unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled.
Repeated COD order rejections may result in COD service restriction for that customer.
Customers must provide accurate contact details.

We reserve the right to disable COD for any user without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier companies
Customs processing
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Supplier delays (in case of dropshipping)

Risk of loss transfers once the product is handed to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 7 – REFUND & RETURNS

All refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
Deduct shipping or handling fees if applicable
Reject return requests made after the allowed time period

All purchases are made directly with Home Fix India.

SECTION 12 – ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms:

The dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
The arbitration shall take place in the city where Home Fix India operates.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Both parties agree to waive the right to class-action lawsuits.

SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

Home Fix India
Its employees
Affiliates
Service providers
Shopify

From any claims arising due to:

Your misuse of the website
Violation of law
Breach of these Terms

SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in the jurisdiction of Home Fix India shall have exclusive authority over disputes not subject to arbitration.
