Refund policy

At Home Fix India, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we operate under a dropshipping model, certain return and refund conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product was delivered damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Minor color or design variations (due to screen differences)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos and an unboxing video (if available)

Failure to provide required proof may result in rejection of the claim.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled


6. Shipping & Dropshipping Disclaimer

Home Fix India operates using third-party suppliers and logistics partners. Therefore:

  • Return pickups may depend on supplier policies

  • Replacement timelines may vary

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our control


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card issuer or bank
