5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) SHIPPING POLICY
For COD orders:

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may have COD disabled permanently.

8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

9. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a shipment is marked delivered but not received:
